About the Project

Perfecting Pizza was started by a team of successful restaurant owners and world champion pizza makers, to help restaurant owners succeed in the Pizza Industry. When they cam to Mecca Production, they just had an idea and high level diagrams of what they wanted to do with there business. They wanted to have an online membership website, which they could easily manage content, and provide a great user experience to there customers.

Solution

1. Initial project discovery calls to gather all requirements for the project.
2. We then planned the project and worked with Perfecting Pizza on timelines and budget.
3. We first implemented and setup a G Suite account for them to use for all personal and group emails and documentation.
4. Website build out
   1. Based on the requirements we ended using WordPress and MemberPress
   2. On top of Word Press we built a custom theme specifically for Perfecting Pizza
   3. Setup an Amazon Web Services account to restrict documents on website from non-members
   4. Integrated a payment gateway for all credit card transactions on the site
   5. Integrated Mail Chimp for all automated marketing emails and worked with Perfecting Pizza on setup
5. Once the site was built out we worked with with Perfecting Pizza on the content setup, data management, and additional assets for content pages.
